How quickly can I have a garden bag installed?+
Depending where our driver’s next collections are, installation can be as fast as the next day, but may also be a couple weeks.
How much does a garden bag cost?+
Depending on your service area our prices vary slightly. Please fill out our form above to find out more.
How big is the bag?+
The garden bags hold 3 to 4 times the amount of waste as does a wheelie bin. They sit inside a metre square frame and are 1.2 metres high.
How do I pay for a garden bag?+
Paying for your garden bag is easy! Simply top up your account using our secure online payment portal.
Is there a charge for installation?+
No, installation is free.
What if I need more than one bag installed?+
You can have as many garden bags as you like on your property, each at $31 per bale collected. Most customers usually find that one bag is plenty as they hold up to 4 times the amount of green waste as one Council wheelie bin. We can leave you extra loose bags for you to use just in case you need them.
Are you insured?+
YES! We are fully insured so your property is completely covered while we are servicing your garden bag.
How much notice do I have to give if I want to cancel the bag?+
No notice period is required. Once you let us know you no longer need the service and your account has been finalised, we will collect the bag and frame when we are next in your area.
What if I haven’t used the bag during the month?+
24 hours notice is required by email or mobile contact on 0412 751 033
How much do you charge for annual garden maintenance?+
Each garden maintenance package is unique and will require our team to discuss the details to give you an accurate and obligation-free quote.
