1. About Our Service
My Almighty Home (MAH) provides garden waste collection services across Brisbane and Southeast
Queensland. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Service Description
- We collect garden waste from your property on a scheduled basis (4-week, 8-week, or 12-week cycles)
- Collections occur during your assigned week, Monday to Friday, between 7am and 4pm
- Our drivers (“Commanders”) will collect bags left at your designated collection point
3. Pricing and Payment
- Standard rate: $31 per bag collected
- Prepayment system: Customers maintain payment “1 bag ahead” – meaning you prepay for your next collection. When we collect, you are charged for the bags collected plus one bag prepayment for your next visit.
- Some customers have grandfathered loyalty pricing from previous arrangements
- Payment is processed automatically via your saved payment method (card or direct debit)
- Cash payments are accepted by arrangement with your Commander
4. $5 Kingdom Protection Fee
A $5 fee applies when our Commander arrives but cannot complete collection due to:
- Locked gate or inaccessible property
- No bags put out for collection
- Safety hazards preventing access
5. Cancellations and Skips
- You may skip a scheduled pickup by notifying us at least 7 days before your collection week begins
- Cancellations within 7 days of your collection week may still incur charges as routes are
already planned - To cancel your service entirely, contact us via SMS or phone
6. Account Holds
You may request to place your account on hold (e.g., for holidays). Contact us to arrange,
allowing 24 hours for processing.
7. Your Responsibilities
- Ensure bags are accessible at your collection point on your scheduled week
- Keep garden waste within MAH-provided bags
- Ensure safe access for our Commanders
- Maintain a valid payment method on file (unless paying cash)
8. Our Responsibilities
- Collect garden waste during your scheduled collection week
- Provide reasonable notice of any service changes
- Respond to enquiries within reasonable timeframes
- Handle your personal information in accordance with Australian privacy laws
9. Limitation of Liability
MAH is not liable for:
- Delays due to weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control
- Damage to items left near collection bags
- Consequential losses arising from missed collections
10. Privacy
We collect and use your personal information to provide our services. This includes your name,
address, phone number, and payment details. We do not sell your information to third parties.

11. Disputes

12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance
