For Redland area new customers we can usually install your garden bag on the same day. For wider area based customers we can usually install your bag within a couple of days and will firm up a time with you so you know when we are coming.

How much does a garden bag cost?
Each garden bag costs $31 per bag (GST inclusive)
How big is the bag?
The garden bags hold 3 to 4 times the amount of waste as does a wheelie bin. They sit inside a metre square frame and are 1.2 metres high.
How do I pay for a garden bag?
You can pay for your garden bag using a variety of payment options – EFT, Visa, Mastercard, Money order, cheque, or cash.
Is there a charge for installation?
No, installation is free.
What if I need more than one bag installed?
You can have as many garden bags as you like on your property, each at $31 per bale collected. Most customers usually find that one bag is plenty as they hold up to 4 times the amount of green waste as one Council wheelie bin. We can leave you extra loose bags for you to use just in case you need them.
Are you insured?
YES! We are fully insured so your property is completely covered while we are servicing your garden bag.
How much notice do I have to give if I want to cancel the bag?
No notice period is required. Once you let us know you no longer need the service and your account has been finalised, we will collect the bag and frame when we are next in your area.
What if I haven’t used the bag during the month?
If you don’t require a pick up just text Ian on 0412 751 033 or call on 1300 889 978 a day or two before and you won’t be charged. We will then resume collection again at the following usual scheduled collection time.
How much do you charge for tree lopping?
Each tree lopping is unique and will requie Ian to visit you personally to provide you with an obligation-free quote.
